今晚晚自习

我用了2节课的时间

很用心的去写下了这首诗，不是很好，但是至少我还是清醒了！

《一个全新的我》

人生无处不意味着忍耐的多，享受的少

而喋喋不休的抱怨

是我们享受安逸时付出的最低廉的代价

一个害怕遭受折磨的人

其实已经在遭受害怕的折磨了

要懂得自己

就要学会欣赏自己

无论你是一棵参天大树，还是一棵小草

无论你成为一座巍峨的高山，还是一块小小的石头

都是一种天然

都有自己存在的价值

只有真诚的仰慕自己

你才能够真正的欣赏自己

懂得欣赏自己

你就会拥有信心

一旦拥有十足的信心

也就拥有了战胜一切逆境的力量

勇于实现梦想

勇于超越自己

勇于讲善意的话语

勇于向高处走

勇于伸出援手

勇于建造更美好的家园

勇于微笑的面对，哪怕天空灰暗

勇于分享更美好的明天！

我们的心灵深处都住着一名勇士和一名殉难者

我们必须选择战斗还是放弃？

我经历了风暴的摧残仍矗立着

我在抛洒过后的眼泪中找到一个新发现

挣开双眼

瞧，我看见了什么？

human life is everywhere a state in which much is to be endured

and little to be enjoyed

constant complaint is the poorest sort of pay for all the comforts we enjoy

a man who fears suffering is already suffering from what he fears

to get a thorough understanding of oneself need seif-oppreciation

whether you liken yourself to a towering tree or a blade of grass

wheher you think you are a high moutain or a small stone

you represent a state of nature that has its own value

only you earnestly admire yourself you'll have a real sense of self-appreciation

which will give you confidence

as soon as you gain full confidence in yourself

you'll be enabled to fight and overcome any adversity

dare to make your dreams come ture

dare to be a better you

dare to choose kind words to say

dare to walk the higher way

dare to give a helping hand

dare to make a better land

dare to smile when skies are gray

dare to share a brigher day!

there's a warrior and a victim living deep inside all of us

we have to choose to fight or surrender

i've been shattered by the storm but i survived

i found a revelation in the tears i cried

i opend up my eyes

oh!what a change i see

i'm a brand new me!
